Where do you ship from?

Our products are produced and fulfilled in the United States and shipped directly to you.

How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

After processing, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update your order details (like address or items), contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, orders can’t be modified or canceled. (This helps ensure quality since each item is made to order.)

What is your return policy?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or selecting the wrong size.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you resolve it with a replacement or refund where appropriate. Photos may be required to verify the issue.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping times are estimates. Carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

In most cases, yes—however some carriers may have limitations. If your order can’t be delivered to a P.O. Box, we’ll contact you.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only offer exchanges/replacements if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
